To protect the Wanaque reservoir’s water quality while promoting sustainable economic and recreational benefits to the residents and visitors of the watershed.

Skylands Guardian’s recent projects include:

• Installing a floating wetlands in a lake upstream of the reservoir
• Cleanups of roadways and forest areas
• Creation of a Fairy Trail to encourage our children to appreciate the outdoors.  
• Web and Social Media Management for the Save Our Amazing Ramapos grassroots movement.
